What is a Relokit?

When should I order?

It's your first-day survival kit, filled with fresh groceries and home essentials to make your move welcoming.

Ideally 7 days before landing to ensure we have all your favorites ready and reserved.

Who are the kits for?

Where do you deliver?

Designed specifically for expat families arriving in Hong Kong who want immediate comfort without the stress.

We deliver across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.

  • Remote Areas: Currently we don't deliveries to Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay.

  • Outlying Islands: We currently do not deliver to Lamma, Cheung Chau, or Lantau.

Are the items high quality?

Yes, we source premium local and international brands.

Your safety and the safety of our drivers come first.

  • Typhoon 8 or Black Rainstorm: All deliveries are suspended immediately.

  • We will contact you as soon as the signals are lowered to prioritize your delivery for the next available slot. No extra fees will apply for weather-related delays.

How do you handle bad weather?

Can you leave the kit with my building security?

Yes! If your building concierge/security allows it, we are happy to leave your kit there.

Important: Since your kit contains fresh groceries, please ensure you can collect it quickly. Relokit is not responsible for the quality of perishables left unattended for more than 30 minutes.

If you are moving into a building with strict security, please let your management office know to expect a delivery from Relokit, This prevents delays at the gate!
