Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Relokit. By placing an order for our relocation kits, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the sale of products and delivery services within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).

1. Service Purpose

We provide "First-Day Survival Kits" containing fresh groceries and home essentials. Our goal is to facilitate a smooth relocation. However, we are a retailer and curator; we do not manufacture the individual goods within the kits.

2. Delivery & Access (Critical)

Access: You must ensure our delivery team has access to your premises (e.g., notifying building security or providing gate codes).
Failure to Access: If we cannot access the delivery point or contact you at the time of arrival, the kit will be returned to our facility. A re-delivery fee of HK$300 will apply.
Staircase Charges: An additional fee of HK$50 per floor applies to buildings without functioning elevators.
Weather: Deliveries will be suspended if a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted. We will reschedule for the next available window.

3. Perishables & Substitutions

Freshness: Because our kits contain fresh food, you are responsible for refrigerating items immediately upon delivery.
Substitutions: If a specific item is out of stock, we will replace it with a product of equal or greater value without prior notice to ensure your kit arrives on time for your move.
Discrepancies: Any issues with fresh produce or missing items must be reported within 4 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Changes: You may reschedule or cancel your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
Late Changes: Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery will incur a 50% charge to cover the cost of perishable stock and logistics planning.

5. Liability & Health

Allergens: It is your responsibility to check the packaging of individual products for allergen information. We are not liable for allergic reactions.
Limit of Liability: Our total liability for any order is limited to the total amount paid for that specific order.

6. Personal Data

We collect your address and contact details solely to fulfill your delivery. Your data is handled in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
